July, 2017 - CALA DE ADDAYA, MENORCA, SPAIN

Wonderful sail in light winds, mostly close hauled.  We originally set out for one of the Calas at Los Llanes, to join Juno, with Kealoha V, following right behind us.  We were enjoying the sail so much we decided to go on to Cala De Addaya.  This all weather anchorage is very peaceful, with a small marina and village.  We enjoy a quit day exploring the long narrow bay in the dingy and sleepy village.  Kealoha V and Juno arrive the next day.  Juno is laying up at the marina to await the arrival of crew.

With sadness we part with Kealoha V as we continue East and they turn West to make their way to Gibraltar, in preparation for crossing the Atlantic this coming winter.  We will be following their travels with interest and look forward to our next "crossing of the wakes".

For some reason I cannot find my pictures of this lovely place.  Will update the post when they are found.
